MEET MELANIE
Hi! I’m Melanie, a registered dietitian passionate about helping people build healthy, sustainable habits while easing anxiety around food and stepping away from the cycle of restriction and dieting.
If you’re overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, constantly second-guessing food choices, or stuck in an all-or-nothing mindset, you’re not alone. I help clients quiet the mental noise around food, rebuild trust with their bodies, and feel confident making everyday nutrition decisions, without guilt or rigid rules. My goal is to simplify grocery shopping, normalize flexibility, and help you create nourishing meals that truly fit your life.
I also love working with runners and athletes, helping them fuel properly to support training, recovery, and performance. Whether you’re chasing a PR or simply want to feel better during workouts, fueling well can make a huge difference.
When I’m not experimenting in the kitchen, you’ll find me outdoors with my dogs, exploring the Houston food scene, enjoying live music, or chasing new running goals myself.
Whether you’re looking to improve your relationship with food, reduce food stress, or fuel your workouts more effectively, I’m here to support you every step of the way!
