MEET MELANIE
Hi! I’m Melanie, a registered dietitian (and former teacher) originally from Connecticut! I am passionate about helping people build healthy, sustainable habits while rediscovering the joy and connection that food brings.
Are you overwhelmed by the never-ending and often conflicting nutrition advice found online? Are you constantly confused when making choices around food and often feel like you’re falling short? I’m here to help! My mission is to empower you to feel confident about your daily nutrition choices, simplify grocery shopping, and help you create delicious, healthy meals to fit your lifestyle.
When I’m not experimenting in the kitchen, you’ll find me trying out new workout classes, soaking up the outdoors with my dogs, exploring the Houston food scene, enjoying as much live music as I can, or chasing new running goals! As a runner, I understand the importance of fueling performance and supporting recovery with proper nutrition.
Whether you’re looking to improve your relationship with food, fuel your workouts, or just gain a better understanding of nutrition, I’m here to support you!

Food intolerances, sensitivities, and celiac disease, including support with gluten-free diets

Disordered Eating Considerations: We understand that digestive symptoms and eating behaviors often overlap. Our approach emphasizes intuitive eating and restoring balance after chronic restriction or elimination diets. We support clients navigating fear, stress, or guilt around food, eating to avoid uncomfortable GI symptoms, or feeling out of control around eating.
