Hi! I’m Nadia, a New York City native and registered dietitian dedicated to helping busy people simplify nutrition and build healthy, sustainable habits. As a clinical dietitian and military wife, I know firsthand how important it is to stay flexible and make realistic, enjoyable food choices—no matter where life takes you.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me pushing through a spin class, breaking a sweat at Orange Theory, or flowing on my yoga mat—I’m also a registered yoga instructor! I believe that fueling your body should feel good and fit your lifestyle, whether you’re working toward weight loss, boosting performance, or simply striving to feel your best.
